1. 45-Day Return Policy

• You have 45 days from the date of receipt to return any eligible product for a full refund or exchange.
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• To start a return, contact our customer support team at hello@amirlo.com. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
